The Problem |

Four friends want to arrange a night out. Person A calls Person B and agrees a date and time, Person A then calls Person C but Person C can’t make that date and suggests a different date which person A can do but then Person A has to call or e-mail person B to check they are available on this date and then confirm this with Person C.
Four telephone calls and still nobody has contacted Person D whose diary might well conflict.

Log on to www.easymeet.co.uk enter the e-mail details of who you want to meet, suggest a few dates and times and Easymeet will do the rest. Everyone you have invited will receive an e-mail with the list of dates and times, all they have to do is check their diaries, select the dates and times they are available and send back the response. The system will match the earliest date and time all recipients are available and e-mail each person with the agreed date and time. |

The system is simple to use and saves endless conversations between people trying to agree dates and times to meet.
Just click on Organise Event enter the e-mail address of the people you want to invite and your preferred dates and times and let the system do the rest.
